 Immigrating Youth Texas (IYT) is more than an organization—we are a rising movement, a force for change, and a lifeline for displaced immigrant children seeking safety, opportunity, and a future filled with dignity. Born from the urgent need to protect the most vulnerable, IYT stands as a home for those without one, a voice for those unheard, and a shield for those left unprotected by a system that too often turns its back on them.

What started as a grassroots initiative has rapidly grown into a powerful movement, fueled by immigrant youth, allies, and advocates committed to ensuring that no child is left behind due to their status. We fight for justice, create pathways to education and leadership, and build a nationwide network of support so that immigrant children have the resources, guidance, and community they need to not just survive—but to thrive.

Our vision is bold: to reach and support every displaced immigrant child, to rewrite the narrative of struggle into one of resilience, and to demand a future where immigrant youth are empowered, valued, and protected.
